Here are the main features of Docker Business:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Hardened Docker Desktop:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Centrally enforces security policies and guardrails (settings, registry\/image restrictions) on Docker Desktop and strengthens isolation – without breaking developer workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Single Sign\u2011On (SSO):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lets users authenticate to Docker Desktop and Hub using your corporate IdP; supports SAML and Mirosoft Entra (OIDC), with domain verification and org\u2011wide enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. SCIM user provisioning:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Automates lifecycle management from your IdP to Docker – provisioning, updates, de\u2011provisioning, and team mappings – so org membership stays synchronized without manual admin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Image and Registry Access Management:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Restricts which registries developers can access and which image classes they may pull (e.g., Official Images, Verified Publisher), reducing exposure to untrusted sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Desktop Insights Dashboard:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Provides org\u2011level visibility into Docker Desktop adoption and usage, with time\u2011range filters and CSV export to support compliance, capacity planning, and license optimization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Enhanced Container Isolation (ECI):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Adds stronger defenses – user\u2011namespace remapping, protected mounts, stricter syscall controls – so even privileged containers can\u2019t compromise Docker Desktop\u2019s VM or the host, with minimal workflow change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
