GitLab Support Centre
We offer technical support and customer service for GitLab users (since 2018) — with support in multiple languages: English, Russian, French, Russian and more.
As known, the GitLab product comes in 3 tiers built on top of each other:
Free, Premium, Ultimate

The most basic level is **GitLab Free** (previously called Community Edition or Core). This is a free version available both in the public cloud (gitlab.com); as a private installation (self-managed) and can be installed on a machine in any cloud you want (for example AWS / GCP / Azure and more)
The free GitLab Free comes with a decent basic set of capabilities, but without manufacturer technical support — therefore we offer the option to provide technical support and troubleshooting — including Service Level Agreement (known as SLA) tailored for Israeli customers, offering fast, caring and high-quality support.

Our GitLab support has several unique advantages, such as:
- Support in Hebrew (as well as English and Russian)
- Sunday support for non-critical issues
- Ability to provide consulting and feature development (including those unrelated to issues)
- Hands-on work capability and remote connection
- Admin services: backups, upgrades, High Availability
- Option for short-term support (GitLab licensing including support is annual only)
- Ability to take a broad view of the entire system and business processes (not just a narrow view of GitLab)

- Four of our team members successfully passed all current certification exams for 2024
Additionally — since we are GitLab company representatives and also official GitLab technical certification holders (the only ones in Israel since 2017), we can consult with technical leaders and Solution Architects from GitLab.
